Overview

We are seeking a mid-level supporting engineer with a robust blend of technical and support skills to join our team, known as Pixel Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with web analytics, tracking pixel / tag implementation and customer service.

• Support pixel implementations and guide customers with setup and troubleshooting.
• Serve as an expert on implementation across measurement platforms.

Requirements

• Proven customer support excellence.
• Experience with pixel tracking and tag management systems.
• Analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex data sets.
• 2+ years of customer-oriented technical experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Skills in automation and scripting.
• Solid track record of project delivery.
• Effective collaboration and exceptional communication skills.
