MNS is hiring a Project Manager to apply technical skills and leadership of planning, design and management of transportation projects and related infrastructure for clients in the public sector.

In Short

  • The Senior Project Engineer will coordinate, oversee, review and take responsible charge on the delivery of projects related to the planning and design of water/wastewater systems.
  • Typical work tasks include preparation of technical memoranda and reports, design calculations, and preparation of design documents.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing engineering practices for water and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Manage field investigations and data processing for analysis and design work.
  • Ensure quality assurance for project elements and interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
  • Assist with proposals to provide professional services.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Professional Engineer License from California.
  • 8 years of industry experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software and specialized software like Autodesk Civil 3D is necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer License from the State of California.
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • 8 years of industry experience with increasing levels of knowledge and responsibility.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and solve problems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Software and Autodesk Civil 3D.
