Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a counselor, social worker, or school psychologist.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Understanding of technology-enabled mental health solutions.
• Experience in adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Knowledge of data-driven progress monitoring.
• Comfortable working directly with superintendents and district leadership.
• Expertise in large-group facilitation.
• Experience in change management and project leadership.
