In Short

• Fully remote position for a Physical Therapist.
• Part-time role with immediate start.
• Support an 11th-grade student with autism receiving homebound instruction.
• Begin services in a consultative model, focusing on coaching the parent.
• Approximately 30 minutes of service per week during the current school year.
• Extended School Year (ESY) services approximately 1.5 hours per week.
• Collaboration with onsite providers as needed.
• Parent and district meeting with the provider prior to service start.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working with students with autism.
• Strong communication skills for virtual engagement.
• Ability to implement consultative strategies effectively.
