The Revenue Operations Accountant at Mitek will manage the order-to-cash function for US entities, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Manage sales order processes for US entities.
• Create accurate Sales Orders in NetSuite.
• Generate and maintain timely invoices for staged billing contracts.
• Calculate monthly customer transaction usage and track contract statuses.
• Perform sales order completeness reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Prepare allowance for credit losses.
• Perform cash application and follow-up on overdue receivables.
• Support audit-related requests.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years in order-to-cash processes.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industries.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
