Overview

As a Teaching Assistant for our Intro to Game Design class, you’ll promote a welcoming and supportive class community, foster productive collaboration, track student progress, and help students realize their potential.

In Short

• Seasonal, semester-based remote role.
• Approximately 16 hours per week from June 5, 2025 to August 8, 2025.
• Community building and classroom management responsibilities.
• Plan and lead community-building activities.
• Foster relationships with students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Communicate with students and families about progress.
• Requires asynchronous and live training.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Passion for community and social justice.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with game design concepts is a plus.
