Senior Performance Testing Engineer (Contact Center) - Remote

Overview

Miratech is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer to play a key role in our contact center modernization initiative, focusing on migrating IVR/Routing applications to modern cloud solutions.

In Short

• Write, maintain, and execute performance tests using tools like JMeter and HP LoadRunner.
• Develop automated test scenarios and performance test strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to devise performance test strategies and plans.
• Work with product owners to determine acceptance criteria for testing.
• Assist the development team in troubleshooting performance issues.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and mentorship on performance testing to team members.
• Design scalable performance test frameworks.
• Maintain test case documentation and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in TruClient protocol/sockets.
• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter and similar tools.
• 2+ years working with monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Experience with PaaS/SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of Amazon Connect is preferred.
• Strong skills in performance analysis and profiling.
