Senior Performance Test Engineer - Remote

Overview

This is a contract full-time remote position for those based in Brazil. The initial contract runs through the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension.

In Short

• Collaborate with the development team to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Define and implement structured testing practices, including automated and manual testing strategies.
• Design and implement performance test plans.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
• At least 6 years of experience as a Senior Test Engineer.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks for performance testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing frameworks like K6, JMeter, Gatling, Loadrunner.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Experience with databases and cloud environments.
• Experience creating test strategies for large-scale applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
