Technical Recruiter (Contract, Remote – US Time Zone)

Overview

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.

In Short

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
• Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows
• Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones
• US time zone availability required
