Overview

Mirantis is seeking a seasoned, consultative Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic account management and expansion across the Southern Europe region, focusing on owning and growing a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise accounts while driving high-value net new logo acquisition.

In Short

  • Own and execute a territory strategy for Southern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships up to C-level.
  • Drive account expansion through platform modernization initiatives.
  • Position Mirantis as a partner for future AI infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans.
  • Identify and convert strategic opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver against revenue growth targets within strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Experience owning and expanding Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
  • Success selling to C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Strong background in cloud, Kubernetes, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Experience closing large, complex, multi-year deals.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
  • Fluent/native French speaker; Italian proficiency is a plus.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
  • Navigate complex technical and commercial objections.
