Overview

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Principal Technical Product Manager (Billing & Charging) to join the Product & PMO Team! This remote role requires the individual to reside in the United States and reports to the VP of Product Management.

In Short

• Lead a team of Product specialists in billing and financial systems.
• Manage the roadmap for the evolution of the billing system.
• Ensure compliance and operational support for Finance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements.
• Mentor and manage Product Managers/Product Owners.
• Analyze platform performance and drive improvements.
• Produce Business and Functional Requirements Documents.
• Conduct UAT for new features before market launch.
• Generate dashboards and reports tracking product metrics.
• Communicate product strategies and findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in agile environments.
• Experience in telecommunications, particularly with billing systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Ability to write clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience with SDLC for large projects.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in integrating 3rd-party platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
