Overview

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Fulfillment & Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product roadmap for Minted’s critical operational systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve customer experience.

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for Fulfillment and Operations systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Engineering, and other product teams.

• Advocate for customer-centric thinking in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of product management experience in fulfillment or operations.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and manage project execution.
• Experience leading a product area during a replatforming process.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
