Overview

Minted is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Associate to support and optimize the overall customer shopping experience on Minted.com. This role is responsible for managing a product category and executing promotions and content updates across the site.

In Short

• Serve as the day-to-day owner of a product category.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities for site improvements.
• Monitor category-level KPIs and provide input into A/B tests.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to align on priorities.
• Manage and execute promo code creation and promotional messaging.
• Conduct daily QA checks across your category and site.
• Use a CMS to publish and maintain landing pages.
• Document changes on site and reference past updates.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• A passion for ecommerce and understanding of online consumer behavior.
• A keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Experience with CMS tools; basic HTML knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms is a plus.
