Overview

Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines to target hypertension and related comorbidities. We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to build foundational capabilities and shape the promotional medical education strategy for our first commercial launch.

In Short

• Lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives for HCP engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive Promotional Medical Education platform.
• Manage KOL engagement and advisory boards.
• Build and oversee Mineralys’ first speaker bureau.
• Provide strategic insights into clinical development and investment decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and program execution.
• Requires up to 30-40% travel, including international.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, or metabolic disease preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
