Medication Line Specialist (CMA or CPhT Required) - Remote

Overview

As the Med Line Specialist (Remote in TX, NC, SC, or FL), you play an instrumental role in our patients’ treatment as you help our providers with managing patient medications.

In Short

• Perform duties required to complete the medication reconciliation process for patients.
• Answer live patient calls regarding prescriptions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Manage tasks and messages from front office and providers.
• 1+ year of experience managing prescription refill requests.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) or Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience managing prescription refill requests.
