Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Overview

Mindoula Health is seeking a Therapist licensed in Louisiana (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for our Substance Use Disorder Program to remotely serve our substance exposed members. The applicant must be licensed in Louisiana, but can live anywhere in the US. Our Substance Use Disorder Program's focus is on prenatal and postpartum care and substance-exposed living populations.

In Short

• Assess, plan and implement care strategies individualized by member.
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct individual counseling and group therapy.
• Identify referrals for social service programs.
• Advocate for members and families.
• Utilize clinical criteria for care assessment.
• Document member assessments and care plans.
• Achieve set goals and KPIs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC with a Louisiana license.
• Preferred experience with substance abuse population.
• Background in maternal substance abuse preferred.
• Experience with adults and adolescents.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures.
• Remote Work Experience.
