Program Manager for Substance Use Disorder Program - Remote

Overview

Mindoula is seeking a Program Manager for our Substance Use Disorder Program to lead a team of Licensed Therapists and collaborate with Peer Recovery Specialists and Registered Nurses to provide quality, whole-person care. Our Substance Use Disorder Program care teams provide wrap-around support to individuals living with substance use disorder on their journey toward recovery.

In Short

• Full-Time Virtual position.
• Primarily between the hours of 8am and 6 pm with some flexibility.
• Location: Anywhere in the United States.
• Must have one of the following clinical licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC in WA, TN, TX, MO, IN, FL, LA or KY.
• Act as a player/coach for therapists.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the therapy team.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Analyze team performance and implement improvements.
• Participate in hiring and training new team members.
• Engage in on-call crisis line management.

Requirements

• Hold one or more of the required licenses.
• Experience leading and implementing programs.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Masters in social work or similar program required.
