Podcast Manager / Recruiter Intern - Remote

Overview

Mindfulife is a young, motivated meditation start-up focused on mental health and mindfulness. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Podcast Manager / Recruiter Intern to join our team.

In Short

• Research and identify potential podcast guests.
• Engage with experts in positive psychology and mental health.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare guest briefings.
• Support podcast recordings and create content for social media.
• Analyze podcast metrics.
• Gain insights into the podcast industry.
• Flexible working hours.
• Unpaid internship for at least 3 months.
• Workload of 10-15 hours per week.
• Team meetings on Wednesdays and podcast meetings on Tuesdays.

Requirements

• High motivation and interest in podcasts and mental health topics.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written German.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Very good German language skills (C1 level).
