We offer daily live sessions, workshops, and training for meditation instructors to help our clients bring more mindfulness into their lives and work.

In Short

• Creating and sending invoices.
• Processing incoming payments and transfers.
• Storing and categorizing receipts in DATEV.
• Preparing monthly closings and budget plans.
• Checking installment payments and maintaining a general financial overview.
• Email communication/meetings with our team, tax consultancy, and meditation instructors.
• Other organizational tasks in finance and administration.

Requirements

• Interest in meditation and mindfulness topics.
• Reliable and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills, beneficial in a remote context.
• Relevant professional experience in finance.
