Software Engineer III - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer III, you’ll be part of Mindbody's engineering team, pursuing continuous improvement to help Mindbody achieve its mission of powering the world’s fitness and wellness businesses.

In Short

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs and systems flow.
• Conduct systems analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for improving system reliability and stability.
• Promote best practices and write comprehensive unit tests.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for system incidents.
• Communicate effectively with large teams.
• Provide mentorship for junior engineers.
• Perform peer code reviews.
• Stay updated on development tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience in .NET web applications using C#.
• Extensive experience with SQL databases and complex queries.
• Experience in Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with SDLC and programming design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Detail-oriented and professional with a positive work attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
