In Short

• You will be one of the first Quality Engineers at Mimica and support building up the quality function long term.
• Increase capabilities in manual and automated testing to ship code reliably and fast.
• Own the QA process for the Web App, focusing on manual and automation testing.
• Support weekly release cycles with manual testing.
• Create and maintain E2E automated test suites.
• Report and triage bugs and assist developers with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across teams to reflect customer needs in testing strategies.
• Promote best practices and contribute to engineering culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and drive improvements.

Requirements

• In-house experience in full cycle testing for web projects.
• Experience in a Startup/Scale-up environment or as a first QA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript.
• Experience in writing automated tests and familiarity with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright.
• Ability to drive initiatives and elevate product quality.
• Fluency in English and ability to articulate technical ideas.
