Overview

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources.
  • Maintain integrity of recruiting activity within the ATS.
  • Support workforce insights by maintaining recruiting data.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and training completion.
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruiting coordination.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws preferred.
