Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

At Miaplaza, we believe that great design is key to creating engaging and effective learning experiences for kids. While our products have a strong foundation, our design practice is still evolving, and we are actively working to establish UX as a core pillar of our company. This means you’ll have the opportunity to shape not just the user experience, but also how design integrates into our product strategy and development processes.

In Short

• Lead research efforts alongside your team and product manager, uncovering insights that shape intuitive and engaging learning experiences
• Design intuitive, age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire and empower our users
• Apply pedagogy principles to create engaging, inclusive, and user-centered interfaces
• Contribute to and expand Miaplaza’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align design goals with user needs and business objectives
• Create high-quality prototypes to test and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to share feedback, build on each other’s strengths, and take shared responsibility for the quality and experience of our products

Requirements

• Experience in UX design and user research
• Strong understanding of pedagogy principles
• Ability to create high-quality prototypes
• Experience with design systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
