Overview

The Revenue Integrity Charge Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and coding in the patient billing process, working remotely in a full-time capacity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of coding and charge control experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations.
• Preferred coding certifications (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC/COC).
• Strong understanding of clinical coding and billing processes.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Ability to prioritize work in a diverse environment.
