Overview

The Lead Accountant is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial information for the Health Ministry, demonstrating problem-solving skills related to healthcare financial operations, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting.
• CPA and healthcare exposure preferred.
• Treasury accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with computer accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
