Overview

The Credentialing Coordinator II is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of credentialing applications, assisting applicants, and maintaining accurate physician databases as part of the credentialing team.

Requirements

• Two years of post-high school education or experience.
• Preferably an Associate degree in health administration or related field.
• One year of work experience in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of NCQA and TJC standards.
• Proficiency in database management and Windows-based software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Must comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.
