Overview

The Lead Accountant is responsible for managing foundation accounting, donor restricted assets, and grant reporting for Trinity Health of New England, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with computer accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with grant financial reporting.
• Knowledge of external regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.
