Overview

The HR Representative Specialist is responsible for managing specialized Human Resource service delivery, focusing on absence management and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

In Short

  • Manage HR service delivery and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Specialize in absence management and PTO administration.
  • Utilize Workday for processing PTO and benefits transactions.
  • Analyze data reports and conduct root cause analysis.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support and prepare reports.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree with 4-5 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll regulations required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in vendor management is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
  • Familiarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, and Kronos preferred.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across departments.
