  • Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of workflows and system configuration.
  • Skills in adult education and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with clinical software and information systems.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions.
