Overview

The Insurance Follow-Up Specialist contributes to the financial viability of the organization by ensuring that accounts have been properly billed and reimbursed, acting as a link between MultiCare, patients, insurance companies, and providers.

Requirements

• Two years post high school education or AA degree preferred.
• Related health care or insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State billing requirements preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years patient accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration may substitute for experience.
