The CT Tech I is responsible for operating imaging equipment to perform procedures, ensuring quality and compliance in patient care.

• Full-Time position with 3 twelve-hour shifts (Sat-Sun-Mon 6:30p-7am).
• Operates imaging equipment to perform radiologic procedures.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Manages resources effectively, including supplies and equipment.
• Demonstrates appropriate behavior in line with MLH Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Requires a Technical Degree or Diploma in Radiology.
• No prior work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of radiographic equipment and imaging procedures is necessary.
• Must have BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification.
• Physical demands include medium work with potential exposure to hazardous materials.

Requirements

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Radiology.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of radiology information systems (RIS, HIS, PACS preferred).
• Physical ability to perform various tasks including climbing and lifting.
• Good balance and coordination required.
• Ability to react quickly to emergency situations.
• Frequent patient contact, requiring close visual acuity.
• Exposure to patient body fluids.
• Must work efficiently and productively.
