Transport Planning Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Transport Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning distribution routes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

• Plan distribution routes using TMS applications.
• Collaborate with picking, consolidation, and invoicing teams.
• Work with carriers to schedule vehicle substitutions.
• Verify loading timeliness and correctness of transport documents.
• Ensure optimal loading of vehicles according to regulations.
• Analyze transport indicators and quality metrics.
• Report on driver and transport company performance.
• Adhere to operational procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and engagement in daily work.
• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher or in progress (Transport, Logistics preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or distribution.
• Availability to work at night and on weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
