As a Specialist I, Buying Planning, you will apply your knowledge in Supply Planning across all plant sites, ensuring the company's operational needs are met through effective procurement of goods.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage supplier acknowledgments.
• Expedite purchase orders and communicate delivery information.
• Manage material shortages and buy lists.
• Analyze invoice discrepancies and communicate resolutions.
• Resolve Quality and Non-Conformance Material Reports.
• Participate in review meetings involving Material Requirements Planning.
• Provide insights and validate recommended solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 1 year of experience in Buying, Planning, or Procurement.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain systems (MRP, ERP).
• Knowledge of Supply Chain functions and processes.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Commodities and Data Manipulation.
