Overview

As a Specialist I in Buying Planning, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain Planning team, focusing on supply and demand planning and vendor engagement.

In Short

• Release purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Review open purchase orders and confirm details with suppliers.
• Conduct regular supplier engagement through S&OP meetings.
• Prepare and maintain an Inventory Projection Plan.
• Maintain and track supply levels according to set targets.
• Review and recommend forecast changes and classifications of finished goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 1 year of experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in Supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of Inventory management and Supply GAP analysis.
• Understanding of domestic and international freight.
