Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Fintech Mobile Apps - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA professional to lead quality assurance across our fintech mobile applications. This is a key role in ensuring a high-performing, reliable, and secure user experience for our customers.

In Short

• Define and lead QA strategy and best practices across web and mobile products
• Design and maintain robust test plans and test cases for new features and regression coverage
• Lead execution of manual and automated testing across platforms and releases
• Own defect lifecycle management, from discovery to resolution, using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is built into every release
• Support testing of critical fintech features including wallet integration, payments, KYC, and Solana blockchain-based transactions
• Validate release builds and hotfixes, including edge cases and production scenarios
• Monitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics
• Mentor and support junior QA testers or external contributors
• Lead post-release reviews and recommend improvements for future cycles

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech, blockchain, or regulated environment
• Deep understanding of testing practices across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency with QA and dev tools: Jira, Postman, TestRail, BrowserStack, Firebase, etc.
• Experience with or exposure to automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail, especially in customer-facing financial products
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team
