AVP, Mortgage Service Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Mortgage Service Delivery is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence within Mortgage Services. This position will oversee service delivery production planning, implementation and compliance. Responsibilities will also include driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to optimize resources, improve cost-efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

• Partners with the Service Delivery Leadership Team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership and mortgage lending operations experience.
• Knowledge of agency guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Experience managing underwriting, compliance, and production teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory environments.
