MetaPhase is seeking an IT Finance Subject Matter Expert to support Enterprise Technology Governance with extensive experience in federal IT governance and investment management.

In Short

• Lead a team delivering strategic support across Treasury OCIO’s IT governance programs.
• Oversee development of strategic plans and investment reports.
• Manage budget exhibits and IT portfolio submissions.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders on IT policy initiatives.
• Provide advisory support for internal reviews and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT directives.
• Support continuous process improvement across governance functions.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Minimum of ten years of federal consulting experience is required.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of federal IT governance policies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT portfolio management tools.
• Experience with capital planning and investment management.
• Ability to lead complex federal IT governance efforts.
