Engineering Lead - Remote

In Short

• Oversee all engineering activities throughout any given project.
• Lead client presentations and conversations about technical strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Client Partners, and Design Leads.
• Coach and mentor other members of the technology team.
• Foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
• Help grow the Engineering team by participating in hiring interviews.
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop side initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack experience with expertise in Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience building full-stack applications using modern Typescript frameworks.
• 1+ years in a Lead role, ideally in an agency setting.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience developing and managing React-based UI toolkits.
• Experience working on CI/CD pipelines.
• Adaptable and quick to embrace unexpected changes.
• Appreciate design integrity without compromising feasibility.
• Motivated by feedback and opportunities for improvement.
