Overview

The Senior System Administration Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to clients, assisting with product configuration and process design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in loan origination/account origination systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Customer service knowledge and skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork attitude and flexibility.
  • Ability to assess and resolve issues creatively.
