Senior System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior System Administrator will support ITA operations by ensuring the seamless functioning of systems through installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance of both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom business applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, performing system backups and recovery, and ensuring data integrity and system performance.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in system administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Tenant administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure administration.
• Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with patch management and system monitoring.
• Able to troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) in Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure security policies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• AZ-104 and AZ-305 certifications required.
