Overview

The Project Manager will drive the successful planning and execution of cross-team marketing and fundraising campaigns across the Philanthropic Growth & Engagement Department, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in marketing and/or fundraising.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management platforms, Wrike experience a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
