Consultant for Humanitarian Reset - INGO Forum Sudan - Remote

Overview

The INGO Forum is seeking a short-term consultant to undertake an independent analysis of the various dimensions of and opportunities around the humanitarian reset in Sudan. The consultancy will be remote and span a period of 30 days.

In Short

• Conduct a desk review of existing literature and policy documents related to the humanitarian reset.
• Engage with key stakeholders remotely through interviews and surveys.
• Participate as an observer in the workstreams.
• Identify common positions of the INGO Forum for key workstreams.
• Evaluate implications of different reset scenarios on INGOs and affected populations.
• Develop actionable recommendations for the Humanitarian Country Team.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in humanitarian policy and strategy.
• Deep understanding of humanitarian architecture.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in humanitarian settings.
• Experience conducting remote consultations.
• Fluency in English.
