• Run the bank partner operations processes that keep Mercury running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day relationship management with Mercury’s bank partners.
• Help build the knowledge base for how our partnerships work.
• Onboard and train Mercury employees on external tools.
• Work with risk and compliance to create scalable reporting processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to launch features.
• Get exposure to various teams at Mercury.
• Help strategically grow Mercury’s network of financial relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations.
• Confidence in building relationships with bank partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative and attuned to partner expectations.
