• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting jobs to offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
