In Short

• Full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility)
• Supports the Organizational Performance Manager with administrative duties
• Maintains training, accreditation, and electronic health record processes
• Liaison between staff and office systems to evaluate performance
• Requires exceptional technology, organization, and communication skills
• Monthly office visits required

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a clinical position preferred
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to learn clinical databases and workflows quickly
• Experience in customer support and helpdesk roles
• Ability to create training materials and deliver training
• Knowledge of data protection standards (HIPAA)
• Valid driver's license and auto registration required
• Other duties as assigned
