Overview

This position is for a Sales Manager at Mensch und Maschine, a leading Autodesk Platinum Partner in Europe, responsible for managing and expanding a customer base across various industries.

• Manage and expand an existing customer pool from various sectors such as construction and industry.
• Identify potential customers and initiate contact.
• Responsible for the entire sales process from needs assessment to contract conclusion.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree, preferably with a technical background (e.g., construction, mechanical engineering, IT).
• Sales experience in the B2B sector, ideally in software or solution sales.
• Good technical understanding and interest in digital planning processes.
• Enjoyment in customer consulting and selling complex solutions.
• Independent and structured working style, strong communication skills, and closing ability.
• Willingness to travel for customer appointments and events.
• Experience with Autodesk software or comparable systems.
