Overview

The Vendor Manager III is responsible for managing Third Party Business Arrangements and ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and standards while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

In Short

  • Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.
  • Onboard Third Parties post contract execution.
  • Monitor financial health and performance of Third Parties.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for business needs.
  • Document and escalate Third Party risk issues.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct internal and external research projects.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Lead, motivate and develop relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Vendor Management principles.
  • Understanding of Risk Management standards.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical software tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change strategies.
