The Senior Manager, TDS Operations will lead the SWIFT and Wire Payments Operations team, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance in a dynamic financial services environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services operations.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT FIN/ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 standards.
• Experience with Payments Canada’s Lynx system.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in payments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
