Overview

The Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them to appropriate banking solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Can-do attitude with initiative and adaptability.
• Customer experience skills.
