Overview

The Provider Relations Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and supportive experience.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Provider Relation Specialist preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience working within healthcare operations.
• Previous experience in telemedicine or remote work.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in mental health is a plus.
